Traffic and Parking Report

The traffic and parking report serves to provide an impact analysis on vehicular and pedestrian traffic resulting from development as illustrated in the PLDP and SPD documents. Working in an iterative process, the development team has modified and amended the PLDP and SP text based upon the findings of the traffic and parking report to ensure pedestrian safety and organized vehicular traffic within and surrounding the site within the limits of existing roadway capacity.
