Specially Planned District

The specially planned district text (approved in February 2015) complements the PLDP document and is the legal document modifying the zoning for the district through which development on the 28 acre site will be controlled. Whereas the PLDP is more focused on utilizing both text and graphics to portray general design guidelines for infrastructure and buildings, the SP text is the literal translation of the design guidelines into legally enforceable zoning text with main topics including the definition of site boundaries, allowable uses, building set - backs, building depths and heights, parking requirements, and signage.
