The project, beginning with FNB Financial Center, will be the most highly visible to the Pittsburgh skyline and catalyst to over $1billion dollars of economic expansion, job creation and neighborhood reinvestment. It Starts Here

One Block At A Time. ​Block G1 is the catalyst that will establish the program network, resources and infrastructure necessary to support meeting Community Collaboration and Implementation Plan (CCIP) targets on future blocks of the Lower Hill redevelopment. ​

​The FNB Financial Center is the largest mixed-use, multi-tenant office project in the city of Pittsburgh. Construction and bid opportunities are specifically for this construction at Block G-1 located at the intersection of Washington Place and Bedford Avenue. The 26 story tower comprised of 500,000 SF office space, 200,000 SF entertainment/retail will be home to anchor tenant FNB occupying 160,000 SF (9 floors) with options to expand to accommodate future growth. This design will offer flexible floorplans for the modern workforce, floor to ceiling glass for enhanced natural light, extended ceiling heights, superior indoor air quality systems and touchless technology in common areas and elevators, restaurants, dedicated outdoor plaza areas and onsite public parking.
