BLOCK E: PARKING GARAGE BID DATES CALENDAR
The project promotes the goals of the Community Collaboration and Implementation Plan, including the expansion of opportunities for minority and women business enterprises (“M/WBE”) and the promotion of local workforce development initiatives across the pre-development, construction, and operation of this mixed-use project. The development team will leverage significant progress made against these goals (over $43 million in commitments to date to nearly 45 MWBEs) during the development of the FNB Financial Center project on adjacent parcels in the Lower Hill District, which broke ground last Fall and is advancing ahead of the development on Block E.

Minority and Women-Owned Businesses (M/WBE's)
If you are an M/WBE interested in construction opportunities and have not already been contacted by a representative from E.Holdings, please email us at [email protected]
