2020 Pre-Development Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Pittsburgh Arena Real Estate Redevelopment LP (“PAR”) is currently taking submissions for the Pre-Development RFQ available for download below. Submitting an RFQ package allows for firms to be considered for professional services on all of the Lower Hill development parcels.

How to Submit
Interested parties have 2 options for submission:
1. Submit all information and documentation through the Lower Hill Intake Form below.
To get to the Pre-Development RFQ Submission section:
a. Open the Lower Hill Intake Form
b. For question 2, choose " I am.. A COMPANY seeking DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS (Construction and Professional Services)"
c. Once you are on the "Active RFQ's" page, choose the Pre-Development RFQ and submit all required information
2. Email all required documentation (See Section G. Response Requirements for more information) to the following email address:
